Research use policy
This page covers who can buy from BatchPure and what you can do with the product after it arrives. It exists because the compounds we sell are for laboratory research, not for people, and a lot of suppliers in this space pretend the difference is a formality. It isn't. If you're buying a BatchPure vial to put into a human body, including your own, you're buying from the wrong company. Read this before you order.
1. Research use only
Every product sold by BatchPure is a research chemical. It is sold exclusively for:
- In-vitro research.
- Laboratory use.
- Study in non-human subjects, where the buyer is legally authorized to conduct such study.
Nothing on this site is a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food. Nothing on this site is sold for administration to humans. The COA describes what's in the vial. It does not describe a medicine.
2. Who may purchase
You do not need an account or approval to order. Before any order is placed, you affirm the research-use attestation at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least one of the following:
- A qualified researcher with a legitimate research purpose.
- A laboratory professional operating within the scope of your role.
- A person affiliated with a research institution, academic program, or commercial laboratory engaged in bona fide research.
This is a representation, not just a checkbox. You are telling us this is true. We rely on it. If it isn't true, you shouldn't be ordering.
3. Human use is prohibited
As a condition of every sale, the buyer agrees:
- Not to administer any BatchPure product to any human, including the buyer.
- Not to ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any BatchPure product into the human body.
- Not to provide, gift, transfer, or supply any BatchPure product to any person for the purpose of human consumption.
This is not a recommendation. It is a term of the contract you enter when you buy from us. If you can't agree to it, don't buy.
4. Not a drug
BatchPure products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. No claim on this site, in any email, or in any document we produce should be read as a therapeutic claim. If you've seen a claim like that anywhere associated with BatchPure, it's wrong, and we want to know about it.
Some of the compounds we sell, including retatrutide, are the subject of active clinical development by other parties. That does not make our material a drug. It is research-grade material, sold for research.
5. The attestation
At checkout, every buyer affirms the following before payment is accepted. This language is binding.
I am purchasing this product solely for in-vitro research, laboratory use, or study in non-human subjects. I am a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or a person affiliated with a research institution. I will not administer this product to any human, including myself. I will not transfer, resell, or supply this product to any person for human consumption. I understand this product is not a drug, is not approved by the FDA for human use, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. I am making these representations knowingly, and I understand that BatchPure relies on them.
If any of those statements is not true for you, do not complete the order.
6. Misrepresentation and consequences
If we have reason to believe an order has been placed under false pretenses, or that a buyer intends to use the product in a way this policy prohibits, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the order and refund or void the transaction.
- Cancel pending orders and refuse future orders.
- Decline to ship, at our sole discretion, with no obligation to explain.
- Retain and provide records, including order history, shipping details, and communications, to regulatory authorities or law enforcement in response to a lawful request.
We'd rather lose the sale than ship to someone who lied to get it. That's not a threat. It's how we operate.
7. No resale to consumers
BatchPure products may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, or redistributed to consumers. They may not be listed on consumer marketplaces, compounded into formulations for human use, or incorporated into any product intended for human consumption. If you operate a laboratory or research program that has a legitimate need to transfer material internally, that's a conversation to have with us directly before you order.
Relabeling a research vial and selling it to a consumer is a thing that happens in this category. It isn't going to happen with our vials.
8. Shipping, possession, and local law
We ship within the United States through Shippo. The buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of their jurisdiction, including any state or local restrictions on the possession, handling, storage, or disposal of research chemicals. A product being available on this site does not mean it is lawful for you to possess it where you live. That determination is yours to make before you order.
Payment is in Bitcoin only, through BTCPay. No card processor is involved. That does not change any of the terms above.
9. Regulatory framework
BatchPure operates with awareness of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and related FDA enforcement against the sale of unapproved drugs for human use. This policy is how we make sure the material we ship is used for research and only for research. Nothing on this site should be read as an admission that any BatchPure product is a drug within the meaning of the FDCA. It isn't. It's a research chemical, sold under the terms of this policy, and those terms are the reason we can sell it at all.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as our process evolves, as new compounds are added, or as regulatory guidance changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated policy.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy, or reports of misuse, go to support@batchpure.com. If you're trying to figure out whether your intended use qualifies, ask before you order. We'd rather have that conversation up front than cancel an order after the fact.
