Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase of research peptides from BatchPure at batchpure.com. If you place an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't order.

This document is your purchase agreement. A separate Research Use Policy covers what these materials are, what they aren't, and the regulatory framing. Read both before you order.

1. Who can buy

Placing an order is a representation that all of the following are true:

  1. You are at least 21 years of age.
  2. You are a qualified researcher, a laboratory professional, or affiliated with a research institution.
  3. You are purchasing these materials for in vitro research, laboratory analysis, or other non-clinical scientific use.
  4. You will not administer them to yourself, another person, or any animal.
  5. The information you provide at checkout (name, intended use, shipping address) is accurate.

If any of those stop being true, stop ordering.

2. What the products are

BatchPure sells research peptides in vials, by the box (10 vials per box). Each us-lab-verified peptide has one published certificate of analysis at the compound level. Standard-tier peptides are sold as-is, with no COA, and are clearly labeled as such on the product page and at checkout.

They are:

  1. Research chemicals, sold as-is, for laboratory use.
  2. Not drugs. Not dietary supplements. Not cosmetics. Not food.
  3. Not approved by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulator for human or veterinary use.
  4. Not tested, manufactured, or packaged for human consumption.

BatchPure makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals. We publish the analytical results. That is what we sell.

3. Human use is a breach of these terms

You agree not to use BatchPure products on a human body, including your own. You agree not to resell, transfer, or supply them to anyone who intends to.

A violation of this section is a material breach of this agreement. It also violates the Research Use Policy. We will terminate access and refuse future orders. We will cooperate with law enforcement when required to.

4. Ordering

There is no application or approval step. Every listed peptide is available to order. You place an order directly, and before payment you affirm the research-use attestation at checkout. That attestation is the representation we rely on.

We may still decline, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Common reasons: misrepresentation, misuse, inconsistent information, policy violation, or a gut check we can't fully explain. Your order links are personal. You may not share them with anyone else.

5. Orders and pricing

  1. Prices are shown on the product page at the time of order. Pricing is in US dollars, quoted in bitcoin at checkout at the prevailing rate.
  2. Every listed peptide is available to order. We broker from the vendor after you pay, so there is no limited drop and nothing sells out.
  3. Prices may change over time as vendor wholesale or testing costs shift.
  4. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misrepresentation, suspected resale, shipping address issues, or a peptide being delisted. If we cancel a paid order, we refund in full in bitcoin to the address you specify.

An order is not confirmed until payment settles on the blockchain and you receive an order confirmation email.

6. Payment

BatchPure accepts bitcoin only, through BTCPay. There is no credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or gift card option.

  1. Payment is confirmed when the transaction settles on-chain, not when it's broadcast.
  2. You are responsible for the network fee and for sending the correct amount to the correct address within the invoice window. Invoices that expire or underpay are void. Reach out and we'll regenerate a new one.
  3. Bitcoin payments are final. There is no chargeback mechanism. Refunds, where owed under these terms, are issued as on-chain bitcoin transfers to an address you provide.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  1. Peptides ship by the box (10 vials per box). Shipping is a flat $15 for 1 to 2 boxes, plus $3 for each box above 2, US only. Single vials, when offered, ship for a flat $7. Rates subject to change.
  2. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 7 to 14 business days of payment confirmation. We do not pre-stock inventory — we place orders with the vendor after payment clears.
  3. Tracking is provided by Shippo and emailed to you once the label is generated.
  4. Risk of loss and title transfer to you on delivery of the package to you at the shipping address on file. If a package is lost or stolen in transit, we will work with the carrier on a trace and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not cover packages marked delivered and then stolen from the destination.
  5. You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address. Reshipment after a wrong-address return is at your cost.

8. Returns and refunds

Research materials are cold-chain sensitive. Once a vial leaves our facility we have no chain-of-custody on how it was handled. Because of that:

  1. All sales are final, with the limited exceptions below.
  2. Damaged on arrival. If a vial arrives broken, leaking, or visibly compromised, email support@batchpure.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, the label, and the vial. We’ll replace the item or refund in bitcoin. This is the only exception that applies to every peptide, including Standard tier.
  3. Verified tier — fails verification. If a published COA is later found to be materially inaccurate for the peptide you received, we will refund or replace. This has not happened. If it ever does, we will say so publicly and contact affected buyers directly. This exception applies to us-lab-verified peptides only.
  4. Standard tier — sold as-is. Standard-tier peptides (those we did not independently test, clearly labeled as such on the product page and at checkout) carry no warranty of identity, purity, or potency. The only refund or replacement available on a Standard-tier peptide is damage on arrival. By ordering a Standard-tier peptide you acknowledge this in the checkout attestation.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong compound, or suspected efficacy concerns (which are not a thing we measure, because these materials are not for use in humans).

9. Suspension and termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access, cancel pending orders, and refuse future orders if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

  1. You misrepresented who you are or how you intend to use the products.
  2. You used or are planning to use the products in violation of the Research Use Policy.
  3. You are reselling, redistributing, or sourcing for others.
  4. You charged back, attempted to reverse, or filed a fraudulent dispute on any payment.
  5. You abused our support channels, staff, or other customers.

Termination does not waive any obligation already owed.

10. Intellectual property

Everything on the site is either ours or used with permission. That includes:

  1. Site copy, design, photography, and structure.
  2. Lab documentation and the way it's formatted and presented.
  3. COA PDFs, which are issued by the testing laboratory and published under license.
  4. The BatchPure name and marks.

You may reference and cite our published data in your own research records. You may not copy the site, scrape it, repackage our COAs as your own, or use our name or marks to imply endorsement or partnership.

11. Disclaimers

We sell analytical results on a research chemical. That's it.

Products are sold as-is, for research use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BatchPure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that any product will produce a specific analytical or experimental result, or that a result described in a COA will reproduce under your laboratory conditions. Different equipment, different reagents, different hands: different results are normal.

The site, the COAs, the lab documentation, and anything we send you come without warranty of uninterrupted availability or absence of error. We aim for neither. We aim for accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. Our total liability to you, for any and all claims arising out of or related to a product or these terms, is capped at what you actually paid for the specific product at issue. Not a cent more.
  2. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, lost research time, and replacement cost of other materials you happened to combine with ours.
  3. We aren't liable for harm arising from use of a product inconsistent with the Research Use Policy. Any use on a human or animal falls in that bucket.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations. Where that's the case, the limitations apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

13. Indemnification

If a third party brings a claim against BatchPure because of something you did with one of our products, that claim is on you to defend and pay for, not us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BatchPure, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. Your use of any BatchPure product inconsistent with these terms or the Research Use Policy.
  2. Your breach of any representation you made at checkout.
  3. Any resale, redistribution, or supply of a product by you to a third party.
  4. Any human or animal exposure to a product you purchased.

This is what holds the research-use framing together. If we had to eat the cost of misuse by buyers who lied about what they were going to do with the vial, the framing would be a fiction. It isn't.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BatchPure is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, a purchase, or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. Arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Consumer Arbitration Rules where applicable. The seat of arbitration is the state in which BatchPure is organized. One arbitrator. Written decision. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party pays its own filing and administrative fees as allocated under the AAA rules, and the arbitrator may award fees where the rules allow.

No class actions. You and BatchPure agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action, and the arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Small claims carve-out. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, if the claim stays in that court and is not escalated.

Injunctive relief carve-out. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to stop infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized use of the site, without waiving arbitration for the rest of the dispute.

Thirty-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@batchpure.com with "arbitration opt-out" in the subject line and your name and account email in the body. Opting out means disputes go to the courts of the state in which BatchPure is organized, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Opt-out does not affect any other part of these terms.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section is void, and disputes go to court as described above.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or placement of a new order after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you don't, don't order.

16. Miscellaneous

  1. Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Research Use Policy and any order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and BatchPure regarding your purchase.
  2. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  3. No waiver. A delay or failure by us to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  4. Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization.
  5. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

17. Contact
